Shipping & Returns
All items will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service and will take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive AFTER payment processing which is 1-7 business days. Tracking will be sent to the provided email when available.
ORDERS ARE NOT PROCESSED ON WEEKENDS!!!!
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
All sales are FINAL! If there is a mistake on our part ,please contact us within (3) days of receiving items and we will sort out any problems!

Please ensure that address information is correct as we are not responsible for packages being delivered to an incorrect address. Once order is placed, no modifications can be made.
If order is sent back to K.LaNae Collection due to undeliverable address, credit will be issued and order must be placed again with correct information.
